A single registration fee allows access to all tutorials, workshops and all conference sessions. It includes lunches and coffee breaks at the conference venue and one ticket for the welcome reception, conference dinner, and any other social events arranged by the conference organisers (additional tickets available for purchase). Also included is a USB stick containing the PPSN 2018 conference proceedings. Hard copy volumes are not included with the registration fee, but are available for separate purchase directly from Springer.

Authors of Accepted Papers: A Regular Registration as presenting author is required for accepted papers. Even if you are a student, you must complete a regular registration. The presenting author must register by June 15, 2018 to ensure the inclusion of the paper in the Proceedings.

Authors who have multiple accepted papers can register up to two papers with a single full registration fee. Additional papers must be covered by an additional full registration (which can include up to two papers).

The early booking discount is given to all registrations received by June 15th, 2018, thereafter registrations will be charged at the higher rate.

Student discounts are available to matriculated students from recognised academic institutions studying for degrees in subjects relevant to natural computing. You will be asked to supply proof of your status to confirm you are entitled to this reduced student fee.

A Tutorial Speaker discount is available to at most one speaker per Tutorial, regardless of whether or not the speaker is also a presenting author of any accepted papers.
